Watercolours By Mattamy 2012 Update

Sophisticated and comfortable living in the heart of Lorne Park at Mississauga Road and Indian Road, a pocket of homes built by Mattamy called “Watercolours” could be the neighbourhood where you would hang your hat.  This neighbourhood offers both detached freehold and condominium home bungalow ownership.  With only 400 homes in this secluded enclave of elegant homes, it is no wonder that once a homeowner has purchased here, they are here to stay for a quite a while.
You can take a walk to Port Credit along Lakeshore road, or enjoy a walk along Lake Ontario.  This is living at its finest.  With only two entrances, you can enjoy peace and quiet away from traffic noises.
If you are ready for a bungalow and you would like a gated community, somewhere to hang your hat and wait for the better weather to arrive, Lorne Park and the Watercolours by Mattamy may have just the thing for you.
Besides the detached homes ranging from 3500 square feet to 5000 square feet +, you may be ready for a detached bungalow that is really condominium ownership.  Vacation safely as a snowbird knowing that your home appears occupied, plowed, snow removal, windows washed and grass attended.
Yet, you are only minutes from the night life of the downtown core of Toronto or Mississauga for a dinner and a show.
What could be better?  A roaring fire!
I have prepared a list of all the activity that occurred in this charming neighbourhood.  Click here to get the information.  If you would like a more extensive conversation, or perhaps you are interested in seeing some of the homes that are for sale, feel free to give me a call directly at 416 427 1875 (you can also text me at this same number).
